1. The particle impurity content in the filter medium is different. To put it simply, the dirtier the filter medium is, the shorter the life of the filter element will be under the same filtration precision.

2. The dirt-holding capacity of the filter element is different for different filter materials, so if the materials are different in material selection, the life of the filter element made of the material with less dirt-holding capacity will be relatively short.

3. The filter area of the filter element. Everyone knows that the hydraulic oil filter element is generally a filter element made of pleats. The pleat height and number of pleats of the filter element affect the dirt holding capacity of the filter element, thereby affecting the use effect.

4. The filtering accuracy is different. Each type of filter element has a fixed filtering accuracy. If the filtering accuracy is selected too high, the life of the filter element will be greatly reduced, but if the filtering accuracy is selected too low, the life of the filter element will be long, but some impurities will enter the system. Equipment damage is still serious.
